E-Lectures/Discussions

And so it is with your soul

when it finally leaves the nest

and flies out into the sky

over the plain of a new life.

Your soul would not trade that freedom

for the warmth of where it was.

The following is an experiment of sorts.  I've started to record some of the discussions I have in my face to face classes, work within the community, and encounters with friends which I feel may enhance the learning environment.  I'm just learning how to do this, so I ask  your patience in terms of the quality of these files.  I've tried to avoid the problem of having to download large audio files by using a Flash player instead.  I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions.  This is a first attempt.  If there aren't any major technical setbacks, I'll put up more files as I record them.

My aim in doing this is to create a richer and more nuanced learning environment.  To access the discussions, click on the links.

Placed Based Curriculum
The following is a "story" PowerPoint based on the experience a number of Kendall children had over this past summer.  Together we studied several important habitats while remembering our connection to the Universe and one another.  The presentation is a "seed" document, meant to inspire further work, play, and exploration.
