MY EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY |
| |
|
As an educator, it is my duty to
create an environment which is
conducive to learning for students. This environment must pave the way
for students to feel empowered, motivated, and self-confident.
It is my job to ensure that
students succeed and make efforts to retain those who may feel
discouraged at times. Therefore, in order to maximize learning
outcomes, students need to have a meaningful learning experience.
I
believe that every student has the potential to make a difference in
society, and it is the job of the instructor to provide them with the
guidance so they can pursue intrinsic goals. In fact, the more
difficult the student - the greater the reward. |
