     MY EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

As an educator, it is my duty to create an environment which is conducive to learning for students. This environment must pave the way for students to feel empowered, motivated, and self-confident.  It is my job to ensure that students succeed and make efforts to retain those who may feel discouraged at times.  Therefore, in order to maximize learning outcomes, students need to have a meaningful learning experience.

I believe that every student has the potential to make a difference in society, and it is the job of the instructor to provide them with the guidance so they can pursue intrinsic goals. In fact, the more difficult the student - the greater the reward.
