    EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

"Teaching" means "helping students learn".  The teacher is a catalyst in the learning process.  In many cases, learning may not occur at all without the teacher's impetus and guidance.  But as important as the teacher's role may be, we must not forget that learning is something students do, not something that is done to them.  If you plan to be a student in my class, you should be prepared to work hard to earn your grade.
