EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

All students are capable of learning and making a contribution to society if properly motivated. To motivate my students I will use a variety of techniques. Primarily use Nature to teach them about how our planet works as well as to love it.
In all my classes I use multimedia presentations, lively discussions, movies and field trips to the Everglades National Park and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

CURRENT PROJECTS

Satellite Image Interactive Map of The Everglades National Park and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park
Using Google Earth as a base map. I will make an interactive maps to show all the locations visited by my students during the field trips. Pictures from
the trips will be link to their respective geographic locations on the map.

Multimedia Presentation of The Volcanoes National Park Hawaii and Yellowstone National Park Wyoming and Montana.
These will be Power Point base presentations that will include a Natural History discussion of both National Parks.
