EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY |
| |
|
Dr. Bestard
has wide experience advising students and the corporate
sector in engineering and mathematics. He conducted the academic
and scientific relationship between the Agricultural Machinery
departments of the Universidad Central de Las Villas, Cuba and
the University of Rostock in Germany for 11 years, where he
lectured and performed graduate studies for master of
engineering.
Dr. Bestard
believes that teaching in higher education is a wonderful
experience that incorporates students and instructors in a
mutually beneficial journey where communication and motivation
make avenues to student success. That is why he teaches from
practical examples to general principles that let students make
a deductive reasoning process evolving to applications in his
students' fields of study.
