Each and every student is a potential honor student. to be honored negotiating education, at her job, in her community and at her social and religious appointments, by virtue of discovering, engaging and successfully implementing her dominant "multiple intelligences" in a learning process that is designed to "set up for success" each and every student in our multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-religious and multi-ethnic Miami - microcosm of the world.
     
    CURRENT PROJECTS
 
National Model United Nations Conference Delegation
Orientation, training, research, writing, characterization and simulation performance development of a student delegation to represent an assigned country at an international simulation of the United Nations.(August-May)

Service For Peace through Service Learning
With students who volunteer to apply content and concepts from academic courses in cooperation with the Center for Community Involvement to the communities in which we live, I integrate the focus on the individual as an individual peace-maker in our democratic federal republic in cooperation with Service For Peace, Inc.

INDIA HIGHER EDUCATION COMMUNICATION/COOPERATION Working with Avinashilingam Deemed University and Bharthiar University in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, INDIA

NOTE: Through appointments as a Fulbright Senior Specialist Fellow, Board Member of the Institute for Alternative Futures, Florida Political Science Association, Asociacion de las Naciones Unidas de la Republica Dominicana and Miami Council for International Visitors, I work to connect my students and colleagues with learning and growing opportunities within and outside of Florida and the USA.

     
    INTERESTS
 
Exploring how people learn, earn, live, create and perform art, celebrate and worship in various cultures is important to me. Through voluntary participation on organizational boards, national and international conferences, deliberative democratic forums and working groups, I enjoy evolving as a human being and more.
