Think of a podcast as a radio
show. Each show consists of a series of individual episodes that you
can listen to how you want — on your computer, using your MP3 player, or
with just a web browser.
- You can play the sound or video file from
this Web page See Option One
- Right-click on the file(s) and download
to your computer for transfer to your portable player
Option Two
- Subscribe to the Podcast and listen
through Itunes (or another program) - then transfer to your
portable player. Option 3

Option One - Click the Play link to play
sound or video file on your computer

Option Two - Right click on the sound or
video file (above) to save the file on your computer then upload it to your
portable device. (Example in Ittunes, from the File Menu,
choose Upload File to Library. The file will then be
located in your Itunes library and can be easily transferred to your
IPod.)
Option Three - (And this is what is
really a Podcast). Subscribe to the Podcast by following
the instructions below.

and copy to the clipboard. Go to your Aggregator and follow
instructions to Subscribe.
In ITunes, choose Subscribe to Podcast
under the Advanced menu. Type or paste the URL above.
In BlogLines, click the My Feeds tab
and choose Add. Type or paste the URL above.
In Juice, click the Subscriptions tab
