A time I overcame a great obstacle in my life

         There are so many obstacle that I overcame such as graduating form high school on time when it was nearly impossible, but believe within myself made it workout just fine. Hard work and having a Goal to reach was all that I needed; Another, obstacle I overcame is when me and my Good friend wanted to eat toasted bread, so we headed down stairs come to find out we did not have anymore bread left, also we were short on cash. All of the sudden my friend suggested that we sell some of our DVD movies to the next door neighbor to make money. Out of all, my greatest obstacle I overcame is when I Crash my Mother’s automobile. First of all it started at this party when I was enjoying myself a little bit to much, second the moment I hit the other car.  Arriving to the party around 5:30 pm after dropping my mother at work, her exact words to were Jerry please go back home and leave the car there until its time for you to come pick me up. I respond yes mom knowing I had a party to attend to. I walked into the club where the party was going on I started noticing friends from Middle school the moment I set foot in the club. Moving around gossiping with friends by then I totally forget what my mother told me. A hour gone by people started getting drunk be aware I was not drinking . Afterward I felt someone tapping my shoulder I turned as quickly as I can also being on full alert come to find out it was my EX girlfriend. We engaging a long conversation talking about school basically get an update about each others life. Towards the end her and her friends begin to run out of money they started asking everyone till the point the reach me, but the only cash I had was to put gas back on the car because I knew that mother would find out if I went somewhere else with the car. Yet, I still lending them some of it, also offer them a ride home trying to be a generous person not knowing the consequents I have to pay later. Finally its time for me to take them home I drop the friend first now I’m on my way To drop her off, that’s when I realize I have less then twenty minutes to pick up my mother. So, now I’m rushing cutting to traffic trying to get her home because I can’t not go pick my Mother with her. I’m driving crazy and fast all of the sudden this mini fan driving really slow on a two way lane with her right turn signal flashing so i figured she going to make a right turn so, I cut on the left side instead of her turning right she turn left second later I heard I big crash noise my heart stop I realize the mini fan hit me. I remain in the car being freighting , scared I was shock, I couldn’t move and I wanted to cry. I did not know what to do the driver in the mini van pump out her started screaming and calling me names she pull out her cell phone and starting to dial 911 I told her there was no need for that a minute later she police show up witch was the lady’s son in her neighborhood so I call my mother to let her know that I been on a car accident also to find out where the registration was she told to tell the officer that I stole the car, after a lot of explanation then told where to find it at. I received a ticket for improper changing lane. Since I wasn’t under my Mother insurance policy I offer the lady to pay for her damages she agreed. Finally after we arrived home my mother and father called me up me being scare like I was they ask me where I was coming from that late, so I told them. After all the yelling and arguing they told me I no long have the authority to drive the car anymore, unless it is an emergency. I apologize to them and walked feeling relief from a night that seem like it was never going to end.
